Are natural variations expected?
Yes. Natural stones can vary in color, pattern, clarity, inclusions, and surface character. These variations are part of the material and mean the finished bracelet will not be visually identical to another bracelet or to every screen image. Learn more about natural materials.
How do I measure my wrist?
Wrap a measuring tape snugly around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. Do not add extra length yet. No measuring tape? Use a piece of string, mark where the ends meet, then measure it with a ruler. For fit, add 0.25 in / 0.6 cm for snug, 0.50 in / 1.3 cm for comfortable, or 0.75 in / 1.9 cm for loose. How long does a custom bracelet take?
Preparation and assembly normally require 3–7 business days before dispatch. Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate estimates and are not a guaranteed delivery date. Read the Shipping Policy.
Can I change or cancel my design?
Email support@ovelirastudio.com within 12 hours after purchase. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after material selection, sizing, or assembly begins. Read the applicable terms.
What are the shipping and return terms?
Orders below US$399.00 are estimated with US$14.90 Shipping & Handling; orders of US$399.00 or more are estimated with free standard shipping. Completed custom bracelets are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not remove applicable rights for goods that arrive damaged, incorrect, defective, or not as described.
