About These Terms

These Terms apply when you access the OVELIRA website, use its design tools, or purchase from OVELIRA. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

Products and Natural Materials

We make reasonable efforts to present product colors, scale, and details accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and the natural structure of crystals and stones can create visible differences.

Natural materials vary in color, pattern, translucency, inclusions, chatoyancy, and surface character. Product photographs show the general material and quality rather than guaranteeing an identical bead pattern.

References to traditional symbolism, personal meaning, energy, or cultural associations are provided for general interest and do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice. OVELIRA products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Custom Designs

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected materials, arrangement, bead size, bracelet size, and other design choices before placing an order.

We may make minor technical adjustments where reasonably necessary to assemble a wearable bracelet, preserve structural integrity, or account for natural bead dimensions. Such adjustments will not intentionally replace the overall character of the selected design.

Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. OVELIRA may contact you for clarification or decline or cancel an order where:

• Payment cannot be authorized
• Required design information is missing
• Materials are unavailable
• Pricing or product information contains a material error
• The order appears fraudulent or abusive
• The order cannot reasonably be delivered to the supplied destination

If OVELIRA cancels an order after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change before an order is placed. The price confirmed at checkout applies to that order, except in the case of an obvious pricing or system error.

Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Customers authorize the relevant payment provider to charge the total shown before order submission.

Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be emailed to xujiayu1015@gmail.com within 12 hours after purchase. Requests are not guaranteed once material selection, sizing, or assembly begins.

Shipping, Duties, and Delivery

Processing times, delivery estimates, available destinations, tracking, address responsibilities, and destination charges are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Delivery estimates are approximate and do not create a guaranteed delivery date. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Returns, Faults, and Refunds

Because OVELIRA bracelets are customized from the customer's selections, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for completed custom orders.

This does not affect rights relating to goods that arrive damaged, are incorrect, are defective, or are not as described. Eligibility, reporting requirements, remedies, and refund processing are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Website and Design Tool Use

The website and design tool are provided for personal shopping and design purposes. You must not:

• Use the website unlawfully or fraudulently
• Attempt to interfere with its security or operation
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit site content without permission
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes another person's rights
• Misrepresent your identity or payment authorization

OVELIRA may restrict access where necessary to protect customers, the website, or our rights.

Intellectual Property

The OVELIRA name, logo, website design, text, product presentation, graphics, photographs, and software are owned by or licensed to OVELIRA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred by accessing the website or purchasing a product. Personal, non-commercial use of the website is permitted; other use requires prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment providers, carriers, social platforms, and external websites. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. OVELIRA is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Disclaimer and Liability

OVELIRA does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OVELIRA is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that are not caused by our breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights or remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, products, operations, or legal requirements. The version in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
